40mantras40days…coming soon!

This book contains my first “inspired collection” of mantras and is the first in a series of “little books of inspiration” that I have envisioned for quite some time; in essence, this little book of inspiration is my dream come true!  The 40-day practice of the same title originally aired on my YouTube channel between May 26th-July 4th, 2021, and was the 5th of my six online 40-day practices during the pandemic.  The “40mantras40days” playlist is a wonderful video companion to this book, and it can be found here: www.youtube.com/MariDewYoga
