Light of the Soul : new 40-day practice begins 11/12!

Beginning Thursday 11/12 and for the subsequent 40 days, leading up to the Winter Solstice on Monday 12/21, I will be practicing this Light of the Soul meditation every day at 11:11am Eastern right here on @MariDewYoga Facebook Live. Please join me, either for this practice or choose one of your own, and commit to 40 days.

A 40-day practice allows you to clear out old bad habit(s) or pattern(s) and make room for the new, and with the powerful #WinterSolstice2020 coming up fast, now is the perfect time to prepare our body, mind and spirit.

I chose this simple Celestial Communication and mantra so that it would be accessible to all...but you are welcome to choose your own meditation or practice, whatever resonates with you. I will create videos of some other options for 40-day meditations and post them here in the coming days.
