One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions for the past 5 years running has been hosting a Gratitude circle Thanksgiving morning before all the madness kicks in. This year, it will be a global circle, live on Zoom, from 10:30-11:30am Eastern.
All are welcome in this circle of gratitude, especially beginners. It will include a little movement, mantra and meditation, as well as a powerful practice for forgiveness called Ho’Oponopono. And the closing mantra/meditation will be a crossover event with Facebook Live for Day 15 of the ongoing 40-day Light of the Soul meditation practice.
Just find a comfortable seated space and dial in from anywhere in the world, and we will keep it simple. All you need to bring is an open mind…and maybe a journal if you want to make some notes of inspiration or gratitude. We will ground, balance, center…call in a little presence and peace…and bring our hearts into a space of love and gratitude to kick off what promises to be a different and interesting holiday season.
Let the circle support you. Email me if you wish to join, and I will send you the zoom link (which you may feel free to share with anyone who might like to join as well…just please don’t post it publicly so that we don’t get any zoom invaders).
This circle is FREE to attend…no obligation…but If you do wish to make a donation, all proceeds will go to Nashville Rescue Mission to help feed and house the Nashville homeless and help them get back on their feet.

Hope to see you there!
