Leo Full Moon : Courageous Vulnerability

January is proving to be an adventure of a month. We continue our ascension, dancing within the swirling energies of the new year and the Aquarian energy, in the midst of the continued breakdown of old structures and a quantum leap to higher human consciousness. Wow, there is a LOT going on!

In the Leo Full Moon Circle, we will honor the first full moon of 2021 and take an opportunity to reconvene in our global circle, ground, take a collective deep breath and connect our heartbeats together…and we will continue to support each other in navigating the ever-changing environment around us by going within. We call upon the courage of Lion as our ally, and we work with the third and fourth chakra balance between strength and vulnerability.

These bi-weekly moon circles on @3HOfoundation Facebook Live follow the cycles of the moon and are open to everyone and geared toward beginners, no experience required. All are welcome. Circles are generally around 45-60 minutes in length, and a journal is recommended but not required.
