Join Mari Dew and start off your Sunday with a blend of Kundalini Yoga-inspired movement, music, meditation and breathwork, followed by a “Chakra Sound Journey” sound healing, designed to clear your energy and align your chakras.  All are welcome, and no experience is required…just bring an open mind and heart.

Also, please bring your yoga mat and water, as well as a blanket and/or bolster/pillow, whatever you need to make you comfortable and cozy for the sound bath.
