I will be teaming up with the amazing teachers of JOSHUA TREE STUDIO AND SPA in Alpena, Michigan on Saturday, November 15th from 11am-4:30pm for a mini-retreat. Join me for the opening circle with mantra, movement, meditation and breathwork, followed by a day of fun events with a variety of wellness practitioners for mini facials, product demos, food and flow and closing with Restorative Yoga with Punky to a backdrop of sound from my crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and various sound instruments.
