Wander with Direction Sound Bath gathering, led by yoga teacher Deb Lanning with special guest Mari Dew, where crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments of sound are used to relax the body, calm the mind, and promote a sense of inner balance.
2026 SUMMER SOUND BATH SCHEDULE
– DATES: Last Monday of the month, June 29th and July 27th
– TIME: Doors open at 6:30 PM for nesting, Sound Bath begins at 7 PM, ends at 8 PM.
– WHERE: Almira Town Hall in downtown Lake Ann
– WHO: Adults Only

– Provided Props: Mat, Blanket, Eye Pillow.
– Props to bring if you would like: Your own Mat, Blanket, Eye Pillow, pillows for under knees or head.
