In uncertain times, such as the current state of the world, consistently working with the cycles of the moon…specifically with the full moons and new moons…can keep us grounded, balanced and centered amidst the chaos. And so Mari Dew, your “3HO Moon Lady,” is hosting bi-weekly circles in support of these moon cycles, LIVE on the 3HO Foundation Facebook page. The circles are about 40-45 minutes in length.

This Sunday, August 2nd, on the eve of the Aquarius Full Moon, we come together for a global circle that will include clearing, mantra, intention-setting, as well as the Meditation for the Arcline and to Clear the Karmas. Our mantra for this meditation is “Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio,” a powerful expression of ecstasy that connects us with our Soul’s divinity. The full moon officially peaks at 11:59am EDT on Monday August 3rd.

Full moons are wonderful times of release and letting go of that which no longer serves us…and it is also said that the powerful light of the full moon brings illumination to anything which is cloudy or unclear. Working with the full moon lights up the path before us, so that we can move forward into our highest and greatest good. And the sign of Aquarius cherishes freedom, which allows us to expand as we surrender our need to control.

All are welcome, and no previous experience is required…all you need is a comfortable place to sit, and perhaps a journal and pen to document your intentions, so that you can watch them manifest over time as you work with the cycles of the moon.
