7pm 40-Day Har for Prosperity Meditation


Welcome to an all new 40-day meditation challenge, Har for Prosperity! This is one of my all-time favorite meditations, and I have always found it to be incredibly powerful, especially as a 40-day practice…or even a 90-day practice.

Here are the basics:

Easy Pose - find a comfortable seat; long spine, long neck and slight neck lock (Jalandhar Bandh)

Mudra - Bring elbows in to your sides and bend them with the forearms at a 45-degree angle, palms down, and Jupiter (index)-finger sides together with right thumb crossing under left.

Drishti - Eyes roll down and softly focus on the tip of the nose for this meditation, and eyes stay about 1/10th open (just a slit)

Mantra - HAR - Creative Infinity - Chant from the navel and project up through the Heart and out the Throat…Let the tongue hit the roof of the mouth as you chant, so that you roll the “r” and it sounds more like “Huh-Duh”

To begin, strike the Jupiter-fingers together, palms down and right thumb crossing under left and chant “Har”…then turn the palms up and strike the Mercury (pinkie)-finger/Moon mound (side of palm) side together and chant “Har”…and continue to alternate back and forth between these two positions, chanting powerfully from the navel point. We will practice this for 11 minutes.
