Open Heart Circle + Chakra Sound Journey

Whether you make this a date with yourself or bring a date along, this circle is designed to open your heart to love and create a unique Valentines Day experience to remember. The evening will include heart-opening movement, meditation, breathwork, mantra and intention-setting, followed by a long savasana relaxation with a Chakra Sound Journey that features crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, bells, chimes and more.

The Chakra Sound Journey engages the Healing Power of Sound and travels through the seven chakras (energy centers) of the body to bring them into balance. The vibrations break up “stuck” energy and blocks and clear them out, and clearing is healing. When the chakras are in alignment, the heart radiates love and magnetizes love to it.
