Join Mari Dew and Leslie Simionescu for an afternoon to SLOW Down and feel grounded in the peaceful energy of the Spring Equinox that occurs on March 19th and heralds the return of longer days and more sunlight. March 21st is also the start of Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, and a brand new astrological year.  We will gather in a circle for gentle movement, breathwork, chanting and an Equinox intention and then move into a healing sound bath with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums and more. A sound bath brings clarity, serenity and peace to the body and mind. 

No prior experience necessary, all are welcome.
